Previously Paul directed virtual collaboration at 3iNetworks, training for Epoch Internet and instructional design at RKG Interactive, while also teaching instructional design and media courses at California State University, Los Angeles. Paul was also a Learning Technologist for Rockwell International building their first corporate web site and intranet and leading interactive courseware development teams for NASA, the US Navy, and the Royal Australian Air Force.
